I have used ZIPtransfers many times, but this times things were a bit “bumpy”, i.e nobody was there with a sign when I arrived. After a while not spotting a driver I talked to some of the others waiting for passengers, and they directed me to an office nearby. My name was found on the list, and a driver was summoned. The driver appeared after about 10 minutes. He took us to a bus(!), I had booked a normal car. So my companion and I from then on had a bus to ourselves and got home safely.
