Booked a meet & greet, but nobody there at arrivals. Later found out they had sent a whats app message with meeting point, but as my phone had been on flight mode I did not get it. A text would have worked fine! The phone number was a spanish one, and a friend had to Google the Company & get a number in England to sort this out. Waited 40 mins for this transport. Would have already been at the hotel, if we had just gotten a Taxi from the rank. This is not a meet & greet service! Return pick up was fine, but beacause of the arrival problems, would not recommend.
