The plane was 1 hour late. The driver was aware (he knew the flight number), but when we arrived, he already left. Called the support, and they gave me the voucher for a taxi in the airport. Fine, but they didn't have the child seat. This was reimbursed to me later, but the child had to go without a seat - no good for safety.
