“Great transport however no one waiting for us. Carting around all luggage and small babies looking for the office which was quite far away from where you arrive. Not obviously sign posted. Otherwise professional and quick transfer with no concerns. Bus clean and car seats supplied. Thank you.”

“The transfers were good the drivers were very safe . There was confusion over baby seats at the airport on our arrival which were finally sorted at the airport but not on the return .”

“I was about worried after reading some reviews but all worked out well. After picking up our cases at Lanzarote airport was directed to the desk and there were our names on display. The young lady called our driver and said 5 minutes and he would be there. She then took us out to the pick up point and waited with us till taxi arrived First class treatment and taxi and driver were excellent”

“Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hafen war perfekt - wir wurden mit Schild empfangen, die Frau war sehr nett und es verlief problemlos. Der Rückweg war hingegen schlecht. Wir warteten länger als 10 Minuten über die vereinbarte Zeit hinaus und mussten mehrmals (gegen Gebühr) die Hotline anrufen, ehe wir jemanden erreichten. 20 Minuten zu spät kam der Fahrer und gab sich nicht zuerkennen- wir mussten nachfragen und er war sehr mürrisch. Schade”

“We were happy with our transfer the only negative was that the driver was not in the arrivals hall when we came out even though we had said we only had hand luggage, we searched for our name on the drivers placards once we came out,it was about ten minutes later that he arrived in the hall. other than that the transfer was fine”

“Zip transfer were great peace of mind that I had my transfer booked for my family. It was nice knowing there was car seats added (however with my first transfer it was 2 booster seats not suitable for my 10mth old). My second transfer the driver was waiting, which I did not know because he had nothing holding my name and no sign saying he was with zip transfer. He got notably angry with me for being late but did not speak English.”

“I was somewhat disappointed that on my last trip for four people, a saloon car was supplied. Usually, given that it's more expensive for a greater number, a six-eight seater vehicle would be supplied.”

“Waren sehr zufrieden , sehr pünktlich /zuverlässig … was zu bemerken ist , dass bei der Rückfahrt ein alter Bus uns transportiert hat ( Busfahrerin hatte bei Steigungen sehr zu kämpfen und einmal ging der Motor aus …hatten ein beklemmendes Gefühl ) Vielleicht darauf achten, dass solche Fahrzeuge nicht mehr eingesetzt werden .
