Zip transfer were great peace of mind that I had my transfer booked for my family. It was nice knowing there was car seats added (however with my first transfer it was 2 booster seats not suitable for my 10mth old). My second transfer the driver was waiting, which I did not know because he had nothing holding my name and no sign saying he was with zip transfer. He got notably angry with me for being late but did not speak English.
