I was about worried after reading some reviews but all worked out well.
After picking up our cases at Lanzarote airport was directed to the desk and there were our names on display.
The young lady called our driver and said 5 minutes and he would be there.
She then took us out to the pick up point and waited with us till taxi arrived
First class treatment and taxi and driver were excellent
