There was a bit of a mix up with the drivers at the airport on arrival but was very quickly sorted. The driver was very pleasant, helpful, and polite and chatty, which was nice as they usual ignore you.
On the return journey the driver arrived on time not chatty spent time chatting to a friend on the phone, but was helpful with our luggage. All in all a good service. Have used zip transfers before and happy to use again.
