Got to airport in Tenerife and no one holding up a sign near exchange bureau so went to office 30 and was told they had received a cancellation and I had to ring help number I did this and was told to return to exchange bureau and someone would be there They were so all was well just a bit stress ful for elderly one of whom has Parkinson's
Early morning taxi there and all great
