We arrived in Beauvais Airport and there was no sign of the driver. I tried ringing him multiple times but he didn't answer. We had to go outside in the rain to try find him. He eventually answered his phone and he was standing in a building sheltering from the rain. We were very wet at this stage and had to go back out in the rain to walk to the car. I will not use this service in the future and would urge others to find an alternative service.
