We booked Zip transfers from Lanzarote Airport to hotel in Los Pocollos. The driver was waiting on the arrivals hall clearly showing my name. The greeting was warm and friendly and she helped with taking the cases to the awaiting vehicle.
This is was a minibus even though there was only 2 of us.
The minibus was clean and a comfortable ride to the hotel where again the driver helped unload the cases.
I would have no hesitation using Zip Transfer again.
