Spot on, i made a mistake with my booking and assigned the wrong hotel, first call I did not get a call back but I called back later in the day and the help line resolved the matter and called me back within 20 minutes or so, friendly driver met us at the airport and also collected us from hotel. Competitive prices and I would most definitely use zip transfer again.
