Bit of confusion on arrival as we had booked two transfers to different resorts same booking name.
My sons transfer was waiting in arrivals to his resort. but no sign of mine his driver made a call to the office to confirm where our transfer was we had been booked with a different supplier as there was only two of us on our booking. Sorted very quickly and smooth transfer to resorts no issues with return transfers 5 star service and vehicles happy to recommend and will use on our next trip to Gran Canaria.
