We found the price compared well to local taxis waiting outside the airport and it provides peace of mind that someone will be waiting for you no matter the time of day. We've used zip transfers for two separate holidays now and they've be been very reliable. On one occasion the driver was not waiting so we called and were given an instant refund which we used for a local cab so no big deal.
