Return journey from Palma airport to Puerto Pollensa in Aug 2024. Driver was waiting for us on arrival, was very polite and the journey was smooth. Collection was on time, I rang to confirm a couple of hours beforehand and the person I spoke to was very friendly. And the promptness was appreciated because I never received the confirmation email - this was an issue with my email account, not the fault of Ziptransfers. So, even without that confirmation everything went as smoothly as it could. Would highly recommend.
