I booked the transfer using the 24hour clock & apparently the driver arrived but without a phone call or email he left again so 12 hours later when I am expecting a driver nothing happened & I had to phone the office to discover he had been 12 hours prior.
I had to provide a phone number three times on the booking form but no one could have phoned not the driver or the office to tell me of my mistake even if I had received an email to say the driver had been & no one was there I would not have had 10 people waiting to go to the airport, I could have arranged something else given enough time.
