Courteous and efficient. However, there was some initial confusion as to where the pick up was. We were directed to the curb marked "Private Transfers" outside of Terminal 3 in the Barcelona cruise port, but the driver was waiting in the cab stand area. He did not meet us with a sign with our name, as stated in the travel voucher. After 2 calls to the office, he finally did introduce himself to us, and the rest of the transfer was smooth.
