The transfer was fine. It was the lack of signage at the bus desk in Alicante airport that was the issue. We were passed from one agent to the next before one of them figured out we were travelling with Beniconnect. While I'm here, there was an older woman there with an attitude problem towards a younger girl that was trying to help us. She seemed put out that the girl couldn't find our booking and she had to help. We will use your service again when we travel to Murcia in July
