When I booked a taxi with your company last summer in Rome they were really punctual and helpful. That's why I booked a little van for 10 people this last April in Edimburg to go from the airport to the hotel and return to the hotel. They were helpful again, really patient with us and helped us to solve a problem of another bus that had to come to pick up the other students as we had booked in the travel agency. That's why I have booked again with you for our family trip this July in Venice.
