Fantastic I couldn't say we came across any faults in fact they put in an extra effort after pick up from Pisa airport to get us to a supermarket on our way to the apartment in Florence as we landed 9pm into Pisa and on the return to Pisa airport it was Mother's Day as we went to Florence for a wedding we were unable to tour Italy not at the slightest so our driver dropped us to Pisa as we had 4-5 hours and stored our baggage in his car went to lunch with his mother whilst we toured Pisa and met us at the same point.
