The driver only had one bottle of water in the car when we arrived, even though there were two of us. He took my friend's suitcase and left me (with a walking stick) to bring my own to the car when meeting us on arrival at Pisa.
I also thought he was quite surly in his attitude - few, if any, smiles and not a warm welcome at all. Hence the score as 'acceptable'. For the price of 146 Euros, I would expect more than that.
