The driver was allocated a vehicle type he had never driven before and was unfamiliar with the layout of the controls, or how to start a diesel car properly.
Not all headlights were in working order, thus endangering other road users and ourselves.
As a result, we did not feel safe during the journey.
The driver did not inspect the car before leaving, otherwise would have noticed the broken lights.
We will not be using your service again.
