Car was waiting for us even after an hour of queuing at Immigration. Driver was good, not too fast and careful. The only down side was the driver had contacted a friend of his who runs a tour company and spoke to us on the drive to the hotel touting us to join some tour groups and got our mobile number from the driver. This was not acceptable in our opinion.
