The driver was waiting for us on arrival at the Verona airport and took us directly to our privately rented accommodation. As we were not sure the exact location of the apartment the driver spoke directly to the owners representative to ensure we were in the right plce before departing.
On the return journey, there were two apartment exit points, we were t one and the driver at the other. He phoned to quickly confirm where we were and drove directly to us.
Both drivers were helpful and I would highly recommend Zip transfers.
