Flight was 1 hour delayed but taxi waited for us. He did however say he would have left us in 5 more minutes. This has put me off booking again because I cannot control the airplane delays or the time it takes to get cases on arrival. I gave flight details so surely you can check arrival times? Transport to airport was fine although he was 10 mins late to hotel.
