I had never used this company before and must admit I was a little nervous as not all the reviews I read were positive. I am happy to report that my concern was not necessary, furthermore within the same holiday I used them three times and they did not let me down. Brilliant service, drivers smart and on time, vehicles were clean and cool (greatly appreciated). I have recommended to others who have since used Zip and they too have been delighted. Thank you and I will definitely be using Zip again. Highly recommended!
