Excellent service from start to finish! Booking was easy and efficient using the website with a good choice of vehicles and options. Confirmation was sent via e-mail almost immediately. The driver was smartly dressed and arrived ahead of time. We were greeted professionaly and impressed by the high quality of the vehicle (a new Mercedes-Benz). The ride was very good. We were also extremely grateful that we had no disruption at all to our booked service despite there being an on-going taxi strike in Barcelona. Overall we were very impressed and will use the service again. Highly recommended. 5*
