We were extreme shocked and disappointed that the driver dropped us off in a car park and not near the entrance of the hotel. We had young children with us, so we had to carry all our luggage from the car park up a slope to the hotel, whereas other people that were also arriving from the airport in very similar size transport got dropped off at the hotel.. and the driver spoke no English.. and was very rude when we tried to explain to him... Totally disappointed
