Very unhappy with service from Zip Transfers. Driver was meant to be there on arrival with my name at the airport but nobody was there. There was a another representative from zip transfers there but she had no record of my bookin even though I had a printed confirmation and money paid. Had to ring the Spanish office myself numerous times, and pay for international calls myself. Head office assured me driver was coming in 5 mins. This was on for 1 hour and 10 mins. Eventually a driver came. He did apologise but said my original driver had taken another fare instead. Would not recommend this company and will not use them again. People in the airport saw me waiting and when they found out I was waiting on Zip, they said they were not surprised as “that company are trouble”
