Very disappointed.. internet stated in words and images "taxi transfer" but a mini bus arrived. 3 seperate taxis had been booked in 3 seperate reservations by various members of the Quinn family. This was on Aug 6th to go to PLaya Blanca in Lanzarote. My mother is not totally mobile and cannot climb any step. She was therefore unable to use your service and had to get another taxi from the airport at her own expense. To make matters worse when I phoned I was told she would be charged for the journey from the airport, depsite the fact that the rest of us all went without problems in your mini bus.
