Always had fabulous service from zip transfers on our holidays however I booked transfer from barcelona airport to Barcelo Sants hotel for 4 persons. Taxi was there but refused to take 4 as all had cases and hand luggage which he said could not be placed on our knees and would only get three cases in taxi so we had to pay another 35 euros for another taxi very disappointed
