Excellent service, very cordial and professional drivers and reasonable price. The only slight hitch was when we arrived in Palma Airport, the driver was sitting down right by the meeting point but didn't have his placard up so we couldn't find him or didn't recognise him. So I had to ring the helpline, they rang the driver, they rang me back saying the driver was there but as he was sitting and with no placard we couldn't see him. Anyhow in the end, after 10 minutes and after two phone calls we sorted it all out. It was just a minor detail..
