On arrival I had too wait over 30 minutes for driver. Rang contact number told there was a delay, family of seven sat around waiting not what I paid for.
The bus used on arrival was poor, struggled to keep speed up hills and traffic and large lorries screaming past which wasn’t pleasant. At one point the bus stalled on hill and rolled backwards.
Not impressed.
