I've used zip transfers a few times now as I feel they are by far the best company out there. I asked to upgrade my return transfer to 4 people to accommodate some friends we met and it was as simple as sending 1 email with no extra charge, this also ensures my companions will be using zip in future. Very pleasant drivers, always get you there on time, very nice cars, what's not to like?
