Driver did a bad job. Both at airport and cruise terminal he did not have a placard with my name and was standing far away from the passenger exit. While we walk all around to try and find him the driver made no attempt to walk around to identify our party of 6. On both occasions we had to call the office before the driver showed up and gave lame excuse he was standing somewhere else. Other than that very satisfied with the service.
