Service as usual was very efficient. Can't understand however why when I'd booked a saloon car for 2 people a minibus turned up. This happens each time I use ZIP no matter which country I'm visiting. Would prefer to get what I'd booked as a minibus isn't as comfortable as a car. I may well reconsider my choice of transfer in future.
