The only issue we had and that should be addressed is linking up with our driver at the airport. Many transfer companies have a presence inside the terminal but Zip does not. We believed the link up instructions were clear until we arrived. Numerous transfer companies had a presence in the terminal and when we asked where to proceed to link up with our driver all the company representatives never heard of Zip. Ultimately we found our driver but it was a chaotic process.
