Used zip transfers on recent trip to Krakow in Poland for a party of 4 . We were met in arrivals hall by driver taken to Merc minibus and taken from airport to hotel in kracow. Driver was very courteous and chatted along the way . We were picked up 3 days later by different driver , who was also very courteous and dropped at departures in plenty of time for flight home . What else could you ask for and VERY reasonably priced ( cheaper than airport taxi ) . Will DEFINETLY use this company again
