Have now used ZIP about four times in different European cities, the latest being Amsterdam. Always found the booking process easy, and the price very competitive. Each time the driver has been on time for pick up at airport and/or hotel, and been pleasant and helpful on the journeys. Would recommend to others and will definitely use again.
