Transfer process for very good. When we arrived at the airport we couldn’t see our driver so I was about the call the number when he appeared. I think he had been delayed so it was all fine in the end. Very polite driver. For our journey back our driver was waiting outside our hotel and she too was polite and got us to the airport with no problems
