We (5 adults) arrived at Lisbon Airport on May12 --the sign with my name was not to be seen at first then appeared. I identified myself and a woman representing your firm was rude telling me to stand over there--while she talked with others after a while the driver appeared--the drivers were great,professionalso I rate the experience as good--great without the input from the lady--evidently in charge. I like being met by my driver not a person evidently trying to do too many jobs. the return transfer was great--on time etc.
