Although there was a small hickup re the transfer the company representatives went to great lengths to rectify and compensate us for this matter. To the point of arriving at our hotel later that afternoon to personally apologise for the mishap and offer rectification. All in all better customer service than we have experienced before. Will certainly be using again.
