Pick up at Airport was excellent, our flight had been delayed 90mins but driver waiting and ready for us. Pick up at hotel on time and good service, only 3 star rating as my understanding was that this was a private transfer but bus turned up with people already on it, should really be made clear when booking if its not going to be a private transfer.
