The driver was terrific (and a guy with a great sense of humor). My only issue was that I somehow did not correctly fix the settings on my cell phone to receive text messages while in Europe so I didn't get the driver's text with the precise meeting location at the airport -- when I didn't reply, he called me and we found each other easily enough. A very good experience. Thank you.
