Zip are usually really good, this time the driver didn’t take us to our hotel but instead to train station opposite. The driver on the way back don’t offer to put bags in the taxi, instead we did it and was really grumpy. Not a massive issue but all other drivers have been amazing. Neither got a tip so they lost out.
