We're a family of 7 who arrived at menorca airport on Saturday July 27th, meeting 2 further members arriving from Barcelona. We booked zip transfers knowing we would have nearly 2 hours to wait before the Barcelona flight arrived but arranged that we'd get something to eat and wait for our relatives. Unfortunately there was a strike at Barcelona airport and their flight was delayed indefinitely. We explained the situation to the people at the airport and they arranged a driver and minibus to get us to our resort, without needing to wait the 2 hours we thought we'd have to wait. The company really went out of their way to help us and ensured that our holiday got off to a good start. (Our 2 relatives eventually made it much later in the day!!) The minibuses on both journeys were in excellent condition and the drivers were polite and very helpful. Zip transfers is an excellent company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again.
