We used Zip transfers on the recommendation of a friend who had used them. We booked for a pick up from & to the airport when we went to Benidorm for 5 people . The booking was easy to do online, confirmation was received quickly. I had to make an update to the booking & this was easily done by sending an email. I hate when you arrive you holidays & have to get on a coach & spend time having to stop at loads of hotels dropping people off before you get to yours, this service avoids all that. Would definitely use Zip transfers again.
