We had some difficulty with our booked transfers from Catania airport to Taormina. The staff in the airport was not expecting us. It was obvious that there was some miscommunication between the central booking office and the staff on the ground at the airport. The staff in the airport did not have our booking as confirmed. After an hours wait, the staff at the airport was able to correct the error and we were on our way. There were no issues with the return transfer back to the Catania airport and both drivers were excellent. I would use Ziptransfers again but I would make sure to confirm our booking with them before we leave. Even though we already had an email confirming our booking. It was a little frustrating having to wait an hour but all staff were helpful and prompt in dealing with the problem.
