Booking was very straightforward thanks to the assistance of the gentleman in the Sorrento office who was very helpful and pleasant and spoke very good English.
The taxi turned up on time and we had a good journey to the airport with the friendly driver. He also assisted us with our luggage at both ends of the journey.
I would highly recommend Zip transfers.
