Used zip on a recent holiday to Majorca, 4 adults and 4 children. Price was better than some other companies and didn’t have to re-confirm beforehand, which was great. Driver was waiting for us in the airport with a sign and got us to the hotel without any problems. Minibus was plenty big enough for all 8 of us (previous year the company I used turned up with only 7 seats!). Return journey driver & bus ok, but he was 10 minutes late picking us up, A bit panicky as the pick up time was very close to the flight time and we hit a lot of traffic on the way. We’d had inresort check in so we were ok, but if we’d had to check in bags at the airport it would have been very tight. I would use zip again and would recommend to others.
