Booked return Airport-Hotel transfers in Cairo, Egypt, where the Hotel to Airport trip was awesome, with the driver turning up early battling through the chaotic traffic and got me there on time. However the Airport-Hotel transfer left me waiting for them for a very long time, and making calls to track the pick up. In the end the greeter turned up so everything flowed which was good. I only booked for Hotel-Airport in Marrakech, Morocco. That, too, was a great experience with their punctuality and politeness. Booking with ZIPtransfers had been great and easy, as I changed pick up time a couple of times via email before the stipulated cut off time, and they were actioned almost immediately! Wonderful!!
